What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's license, a debit or credit card, and you must be 21 or older. We check your license at pickup.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. We hold a refundable deposit of $200 at pickup and release it after the car comes back in good shape.
How many miles can I drive?
200 miles a trip are included. Extra miles are charged at a small per-mile rate we tell you up front.
Can you bring the car to me?
Yes. Pick "Delivered to your address" or "Airport pickup" when you book. The fee is shown before you send your request.
What if my plans change?
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and you pay nothing. Need more days? Text us and we'll extend your trip if the car is free.
When do I pay?
Sending a request is free. We confirm by text or email, then take payment at pickup or by a secure link we send you.
