Simple steps, clear prices and a local team you can call. Here is everything you need to know before your trip.
- 1Find your carEnter your dates and where you want the car. Every price shows the full trip total, fees included.
- 2Pick it up or have it deliveredCollect the car at one of our pickup spots, or enter your ZIP code and we bring it to you.
- 3Book and pay by cardFill in the driver's details and pay securely by card. Your car is held for you while you pay.
- 4Hit the roadBring your driver's license. We hand over the keys and you're on your way.
- 5Return and rateBring the car back at the agreed time. Afterwards we send you a short link to rate your trip.

Questions
What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver's license and a driver who is 21 or older. On the booking form you also give the names and phone numbers of 3 references. You can upload a photo of your license or show it at pickup.
How do I pay?
By card, on a secure Stripe payment page, right after you book. We never see or keep your card number.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and pay nothing; card payments are refunded to the same card.
Can someone else drive?
Only drivers named on the booking may drive the car. Tell us before the trip if you want to add a driver.
Can I return early or keep the car longer?
Text or call us. Extending depends on the car being free for the extra days.
Who pays for tolls and tickets?
Tolls, parking and traffic tickets during your trip are paid by the driver.
